When to eat steamboat with Darlin, Ah Kor, Lao Wang, Vincent and Shirley~ It becos it Ah Kor's BD~ lol He say every year he will eat steamboat n sing K for his bd so this year also the same~

Went to Upper Thomas to eat the Tian Xia Di Yi Shuai~ Dont know got spell correctly the last word or not hahaha~ Nvm~ Anyway the food not badn one ppl $15++ end of dinner one person $23~ Ok la not bad~ Too bad nv take any pic~ Also dont know y will forgot to take haha~ Think too hungry le onli rember to eat n eat n eat~ LOL

After that went to Chapter drink n sing~ We all share n treat Ah Kor drink as Bd present lor~ Open 2 bottles of Martell~ He drink until face super right hahaha~ But he is not drunk yet but can see he is high le haha~

He say he very happy this year~ It his best bd ever~ Think it becos he got gf to celebrate with him this year ba~ After so long he finally got gf~ Also happy for him~ N Shirley is a very nice ger~ Hope they can last long = )

Hehe been lazy to update~ V'day passed so long liao then update~ LOL But late better then not hehe~

Darlin given me the necklace n ring early before V'day cos i lost my ring... then he dont wan to see me so sad in the end he give me the ring that he had bought early for V'day one to cheer me up~ Thanks alot darlin i reali like it alot~ = ) But he so angry when after sometime i manage to find my ring back haha~ He so regret to give me the ring first in the end V'day no present for me le lol~ But i still rec'd flowers from him~ So sweet~ = )

N this is from Ah Kor~ Surprise he buy flower for me haha~ But also becos he wan to help his GF promote her flowers la~ LOL Did i ever mention my Ah Kor finally got gf liao ma? LOL Her gf have a flower shop at Raffles City Lao Pa Sa there~ Free drop by take a look her flowers reali is big n nice~ = ) N their customer service very good de wor~ = )

On the actual day darlin bring me go eat seoul garden~ Long time no eat liao~ Eat till so full haha~

Then night time went to Dbl O with Jade & Ah Boy~ Took alot funny pic haha~ Becos got this Dblo Coastor Contest~ Send in pic with the Dbl O Coastor will get free beer i think~ But till now i havent send the pic in~ LOL

Went to Darling's company DnD on saturday~ It a big n grand event~ They hired lots of ppl to make it big~ Like alot of camera men, magicians, ppl act as movie actress n actor n ppl doin body tattoo for u~ = )

First time went to theme DnD~ Was so nervous of wat to wear that day~ Lucky got the help of my Da Jie n Ah Jie n frens n of cos darlin too~ = ) At least i dont look like a ugly ducky that day~ lol

We been havin fun there~ Ppl r frenly then they have many programs too~ The food is very nice too~ Eat until very full~ The first dish is Yu Sheng~ This year i think thats my 5th time eatin Yu Sheng~ Wan vomit liao~ *faint*

They also hire Pua Chu Kang and Irene Ng to come n be the MC entertain us~ They also got lucky draws n darlin got It a reali big event to me n hope there will be more to come~ = )

Darling's 25th Bd~

Ytd wasn darlin's 25th bd~ Wanted to give him surprise~ So i took half day leave without lettin him know~ N run to get a nice cake n took a cab down to ECP Beach Cabana n drop the cake n took the same cab back to office to wait for him to off work n come fetch me~

Ytd weather very bad~ keep rainin~ When i go buy the cake is already rainin le~ then after work the rain onli gets heavier~ haiz... Then reach Cabana also still rainin~ Then we order food, took pictures n relax chit chat~

The rain goes big n small big n small~ make my mood goes moody too haiz... Hate rainin day when i'm outside~ At home i still dont mind haha~

After the food n everythin darlin say wan to go off liao dont wan to stay there~ As we hardly off work n get together so every on weekdays so dont waste it~ But my cake still not out yet~ Then i bluff him i wan go toilet then i went to tell the staff to get the cake out n dont let him see it when i am back from toilet~ Then when i'm back he was standin at another side smoke~ Scare me to hell~ I was thinkin if the staff was not the "clever" type then bring the cake out when he is standin at another corner smokin how? Scare out my sweat sia~

But lucky they not so toopid la~ Then when darlin back to table say go off then i faster take out menu say i wan to eat somemore~ Wat about some dessert?? Then i slowly choose here n there~ n later part faster take out my camera n take pictures~ Tryin to use the flash light to catch his attention as the cake is slowly movin towards him~

Then when the cake was place infront of us~ The "clever" staff still ask~ Who's bd is it? (-_-"') I ask him take out dont let my darlin see it of cos is for him la~ I givin myself surprise for my own bd? *faint*

Then darlin was so touch when he saw the cake haha~ Took alot of pics with his smile on his face~ Can tell he reali is surprised n happy~ Thats great~ At least i know wat i had done is worth it~

It a normal small cake but for the 2 of us it counted as big liao as normally need 4 or more ppl to share to finish one cake but the 2 of us manage to finish it up~ lol Lucky nv order more food sia if not will not be able to finish the cake~ After the stomach is full with cakes hahaha~ So damn full~

The rain had stopped but the floor still wet n the weather still very cold~ No place to go n decided to go home rest since tmr still got to work~

When back him then i pass him the bd present~ He was surprise again to see the same box~ hehehe~ Cos last christmas i bought him a Braun Buffel wallet n he nv use it as he scare he will spoilt it haha silly boy~ Then since he nv use it n sayin he now workin carry big wallet is very heavy~ he thinkin to get a small card pouch or card holder then so i got another Braun Buffel one for him hehe~ But of cos it not a wallet again la~ it the small card pouch but still can put notes in it n lots of cards~

He say he love it but then dont think he will use it~ Same reason~ He scare he will spoilt it n he heart pain for me to spend so much on his bd~ Actually not much la~ Bd once a year onli ma~ The cake n cab fee onli little then this card pouch not very expensive too n i reali love the design also~ Very nice = )~ Glad he likes it but then if he nv use also abit wasted so he very heartpain sia~ Haha then i joke with him sayin that Told u le ma~ That wallet buy liao u dont wan to use ok lor i will buy until u use it~ So now card pouch still dont wan right? Key pouch will come next~ LOL Then he faster say NO NO NO stop buyin liao~ hahaha~ Silly boy~

Ytd was a sweet night but later part got abit urguement although we get over it in the end but still it spoilt my plan a little n was quite sad over it... but haiz.. nvm la at least i did give darlin a surprise~ Hope darlin will rember the good part instead of the bad one~ = )

Failed My Basic Theory Test~

Went to eat Vienna for the 2nd time~ This time is with darlin, Jade n Ah boy~ This time i think i eat more then the 1st time ba i guess haha stomach so full until i onli eat one ice cream hehe~

The food also slightly abit diff from the 1st time we went~ Love the chocolate cake n ice cream n lucky my chocolate ice cream left abit just enough for me to make one cone ice-cream~ hehe~

Darlin also get to eat his favorite hehehe~

After that we went to east coast park to play arcade & catch Bear bear hehe~ Those are our prizes lol~

Darling had bought me a Omnia last month for my early Christmas present~ But after sometime we both think that it not very user frenly as we both not used to Samsung phone~ (I prefer Sony Ericsson and he likes Nokia~) hehe~

So darling First bought me a Omnia and last Sat we just manage to sell it off and ytd we went to Far East Plaza and bought a new Sony Ericsson C905~

LOL I love this phone~ If i had see this phone earlier i would had bought it then gettin the Omnia~ Althought Omnia also not bad la but then i dont like the camera~ The flash very scary sia~ When i take pic with the flash whoever kanna shoot by me all say my flash damn bright sia~ All blind by it~ (-_-"') Me too hate the flash light~ Imagine i am a person who loves to take pic so much how can i live with that~ Then later we saw this C905~ It a 8.1 Mega Pixel phone~ The lens n flash light is good one not those normal type~ It damn clear n got auto focus~ Everythin i need it has it~ Oh n it also have Wi-Fi~ (* ^ _ ^ *)

N i get use to Sony Ericsson phone already~ Been usin that for quite a few years so the function to me is very easy operate~ User frenly hehe~ Now i got my new phone with the best camera i ever had~ Love it~ Thanks Darlin~ Thanks for gettin me the Omnia and now the C905~ U nv just say say onli~ Everythin u said to me u did it~ Thanks so much~ = ) *hugs* Thats my best Christmas present ever!!!~ Muack~ (* ^ _ ^ *)

Halloween Party At Dbl O '08~

This is the first time i went to a Halloween Party~ Wat i mean is actually dressed up for it~ = ) Last year went to dbl o also on halloween day but then we didnt dress up so not reali fun~ But this year i reali wan to join in the fun so i pull darlin to play with me hehe~ We went to shop for stuff to dress up~ N i keep switchin my mind~ From nurse to witch to vampire to fairy to witch to vampire then to witch again then finally devil ger~ LOL

Ask darlin's frens to join us too~ Jade, Ah boy n Yu Ting~ Jade act as Black Rose(Hei Mei Gui), Ah boy is vampire, YT is another devil ger(She is HOT!) Then lastly my darlin hehe~ A scary monster who holdin a bloody knife~ LOL Oh n almost forgot my Ah kor the dead person haha~ I thought he is a angel but how come no wings then he say he is not angel~ Just a dead person with a halo~ LOL

It was fun that night~ Alot ppl there~ Hardly can walk here n there n nv reali go down dance floor as it too pack le~ But still it nice~ Took pic with other ppl we dont know hehe cos they reali dress up till very nice~ Especially the Devil n the Johnny Depp~ haha~ Oh n lastly i saw my primary sch mate Han Ming there haha~ I will wan to dress up again next year n next year will choose a better character haha cos devil ger too common liao~ LOL

Pulau Ubin with TVL Colleagues~

This is my first visit to Pulau Ubin~ Went together with my colleagues n our bfs~ Went to changi village to eat our lunch before goin in~

Waited awhile then got boat le~ One boat can onli take 12person per trip~ We chit chat n take photo on the boat~ I look like a primary sch kid goin out for trips haha~ So excited~ LOL

Reach there we ask ppl to help us take a group photo~ So nice hehe~ Then we went to rent the bicycle~ Me n darlin specially ask the ppl to change a bigger seats for us~ Cos our bad experience at ECP make us dont reali dare to cycle with small bic seats liao haha~ *Butt pain sia~ LOL*

After sometime we stop n rest n YT's bf went back to exchange another bicycle for YT cos her one the chain got some problem~ If dont change now later half way spoilt or wat then die liao lor~ So while we waitin we took alot of silly pic haha~ Eg: See the Anti mosquito Lotion~

It a nice place to cycle~ Can see natural things too~ Trees, plants, crabs, insects, village house n Sadako's Wall~ LOL Scary~~~~

Went onto of a tall tower~ Forgot how tall liao~ Think 10storey high ba~ This tower can onli hold 20person~ But after we went up sometime lots n lots of ppl is gettin up too~ N we feel the tower is movin~ Scary!!! We faster ask someone to help us take a group pic then faster get out of that tower~ We dont wan to fall down from there haha~ I so scare of height~ LOL

Some place u cant cycle so we park our bicycle n walk in~ See alot of things very nice~ N i saw a Ghost Tree!!! haha~

We also stop by to rest n drink n saw a wild boar~ Someone catch n keep it as pet~ (-_-"') Ok la quite cute haha~

We also found a place with a huge lake or they call it coral dont know wat~ lol Then after that we went to rest awhile drink coconut then back to our start point for dinner~

We ate crabs, prawns, kankong, kampong chicken, n mee hon~ The food that not bad~ Not reali super nice but is nice enough le n not ex too~ = ) May wan to go back there to cycle n eat again~ LOL But not so soon~ LOL *tired sia*

My cute little niece is 2years old today~ LOL Ytd went to my mummy house to celebrate Iris bd with my Elder brother, Da sao, Elder sis, Jie fu, Younger sis n Darlin~ I bought a cute little iron toy for my niece~ Cos my Da jie said she love to do cleanin at home so i think buy those she will like it haha~ N truth she loves it alot = )

Da jie bought a small cute~ Got a name to that characater one but hehe i dont know wats her name haha~ N my sis bought 2 magic candles~ That u can nv blow it off~ Once it blow off it will light back~ Little Iris looks so surprise when she see the candle is lighted again itself~ Haha so cute~ N the way she blow the candles is also super cute lor~ LOL

Eat alot of food ytd~ Mummy cooked chilli crab, tomato prawns, fried chicken wings, fried wanton, curry fish, vegetables and ABC soup~ Yummy~ Darlin eat alot~ He was the last to leave the table hehe~ Cos he is there to help me eat all my mum's food haha~

Sick Sick Sick~

Last week nv go anywhere~ Not even to work cos i been sick for one whole week~ Sianz~ Monday not feelin well so nv go to work~ Then Tue went to work but vomit n fever~ In the end doctor gives me 2days MC ask me go home slp~

Then when Thurs i wan to go work i still havin fever n not feelin well~ Keep feel like vomitin or no appetite to eat anythin but i am super hungry lor~ Then see doctor again n he give me 2days MC also~ N ask me to slp slp slp~ I told him i been slpin for the past 2 days but he say still not enough~ So he change all my medi n ask me to rest more~ So i been stuck at home for the whole week~ Cant go out also~ Even go out nearby for lunch i will start havin fever again~ Hao xin ku~ But stuck at home make me feel sick too~

Now finally i'm sort of recovered~ Or say recoverin~ Now can eat normally but will becareful of wat i eat~ N drink more water~ Rest more~

Last sat went to Dbl O again to celebrate Ah boy's bd together with Yu Ting~ Reali almost every week went to Dbl O just to celebrate frens's bd haha~

Tat night is quite messy~ Alot of things happened~ N i didnt get to eat the CAKE!!! I onli get a bite of it lor~ That one is made by Jade one~ Reali very nice too bad nv get to eat haiz..~

Dan dan got come down with Ru Yu n Mr. Potato haha~ When darlin is busy with his frens i am plain n dancin with Dan~ Quite enjoy that night~ = )

Cycle At ECP~

After so long since primary sch this is the first time i ride on the 2 ppl bicycle~ It fun but our butt was super duper damn pain lor~ LOL Cos the seats is hard n small~ We get too used to sit on bike seats then bicycle liao~ hahaha~ But for the sake of our Healthy life style so got to try to tahan that~ lol

We stop by the big lake or u call it pond or somethin? Hmm... anyway we stop by there n see ppl playin water sport~ Looks fun but u got to be darin n need to bring extra clothes haha~ N i guess it ex too~ = )

After 1hour of ridin we return the bicycle n went to Mac to buy a cup of Ice bended Mocha n sit down relax chit chat take pic hehe~ It so relax n confortable to be with darlin~ *Muack*

Taiwan Colleagues Come to SIN~

Startin of this week got 2 colleagues come from Taiwan Kaohsiung~ Penny & Gary~ Baobei bring them to visit customers and also we bring them for dinner at night n also shoppin~ = )

At the last day i bring them to Dbl O since Wed is a public hoilday n got free entry~ But then we r late cos of the heavy rain n no cab so i onli manage to get me n Gary into the club free~ Others got to Q n pay~ But hehe company is payin for that so ok la~ = P

We play, drink n dance together~ They r so fun~ N can see that they r enjoyin themselves too~ N Del also first time went to a club n i think she likes it too but too bad she got to go home early~

The next day Penny n Gary needs to take early plane so they went off at 2+am~ All others stay till 3+ 4 then go off~ To me the day is actually not bad but me n my darlin have a fight that night~ Very angry n sad that night but we manage to work things out~ = )

Darling promise me not to do that to me anymore n i trust him~ = ) So just let all the unhappiness passed~ = )

The Dbl 0 Ultimate Grand Prix Gaming Experience~ Part2~

Yoz~ Wonder how my result for last Friday? hehe of cos i lost~ LOL Last sat my best timin is 1:17min~ Then on fri final i tried a few time before the actual starts~ Guess wat? Instead of gettin better~ I got worst~ (-_-"') For the worst timin i got is 1:49min~ *Faint*~ Thats reali lousy man~ Sad~~~~

But then still the ppl ask me to go on the grand final n try again at St James Movida~ LOL I so lousy go there sure is lose one la but then nvm it ok just go there see see lor since i can bring 10 frens free entry~ Free flow from 7 to 10pm n can see F1 Live on the Big big projector haha~ Even my frens can try out playin the racing game~ = )

I was the onli ger for the game that night~ Feel so paisei~ N this time my timin is 1:26min~ Haiz.. my 3rd round should be faster one but got one corner my car fly out of the road n got stuck~ So in the end they paused my game n just take my 2nd round best score~ Wat a waste haiz.. but i know even my 3rd round is faster also will not win de la but at least knowin how fast i can go ma~ = ( If i nv rember wrongly, 1 or 2 of the top timin are from Dbl O also haha~ The best time so far is 1:02min~ Li hai li hai~ Congrat~ = )

Around 10+pm they almost clear off everythin le~ Then movida is back to the same~ We stay for awhile listen to the latin live band~ Watchin ppl dance~ I wanted to dance so much~ haiz.. but i got no partner~ All my frens dont know how to dance salsa~ My legs was so damn itchy lor~ Wanted to jump into the dance floor n dance till i drop but too bad i cant~ Haiz... Reali wanted to dance my salsa again but i guess hardly got chance to do so le.....

Last week Sat went to Dbl O~ There is this F1 car racing game~ U got to buy one jug of Tequila in order to play so Darlin knows i wan to play so he bought one jug for me n hehe~ Guess wat? I got into the final~ LOL Just now Dbl O just called me ask me go down tmr at 9pm~ If win i will get to win a bottle of champagne n dbl o voucher~ LOL I dont think i will win la cos that day my timin sucks~ I see a few faster then me one~ But nvm take it as a experience~ = )

Went to Spa on Sunday with YT, Baobei & Toro san~ This Spa name is call The Ultimate~ It locate at CSC Bukit Batok Clubhouse~ The place is quite big~ Got swimmin pool, Bowlin, Arcade n other facility~ We bought this trial package few months ago with baobei n YT~ Then toro is becos he bought the ring n got this free massage thing~ So we went together~

Me n baobei share the same room n YT do it alone~ Toro is diff package so he is alone too~ The spa is reali damn great~ I enjoy it alot~ The service is good also~ The massage is one hour~ Before that they will help u do some scrub then massage then jacuzzi~ Baobei n i both feel so relax n almost fall aslp while doin it~ The trial package is onli $58~ U.P. is i think $168~ If u sign a bigger package it $2880 for 10+2 massage 5 time scrub and 5 time facial~ Then u can use their facility there anytime~ So one time is about $69 but without the scrub for each massage is abit not that nice~ When u do the massage of cos hope the scrub is come with it de ma~ So we didnt sign the package n we dont have credit card to do the installment payment~ So forget it~ Just wan to try once how spa feel like hahaha~

It a good experience~ N it very addictin~ The feelin is reali great~ If got any more trial session like this i think i will wan to go again~ LOL Too bad i not rich enough to happy happy go spa la, facial la... so got to go trial one cheaper hehe~ Cheapo~ LOL

How to Cure a Headache~

There's a lot we don't know about headaches, but this much we know for sure: nobody wants them, and just about everybody gets them. There are several different types of headaches, but this article deals specifically with tension or tension-type headaches, which are by far the most common kind. As with other headache types, the exact cause of tension headaches is not known. Fortunately, though, there are a number of things you can do to get rid of a tension headache.

Steps

Think twice before taking a painkiller. Over-the-counter (OTC) painkillers (analgesics), such as acetaminophen, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID), such as aspirin, ibuprofen, and naproxen sodium are effective for treating the pain associated with most tension headaches, but they don't cure the causes of a headache. While it's tempting to pop a pill every time you get a headache--or, if you get frequent headaches, even before a headache--there are two major reasons not to do so.
- Rebound headaches can occur in people who take these medications or others more than 2 or 3 times per week, especially if the person takes the maximum recommended dose (or more) each time they take the drug. As the body develops a tolerance to the medication, headaches begin to worsen and become more frequent, resulting in a cycle of increasing dosages and more frequent medication use.
- All drugs, including these commonly used OTC medications, have potential side effects, and frequently taking these drugs increases the risk of sometimes serious or life-threatening side effects. Some of these side effects, such as Reyes Syndrome, a potentially fatal disorder which occurs in children who have taken aspirin, can occur after just one dose. Others, such as liver damage from acetaminophen, may develop over long periods of time.
Identify the cause of the headache. Many tension headaches are brought about by some trigger. Headache triggers vary from person to person and even from headache to headache, but common triggers include stress, depression, hunger, dehydration, eye strain (i.e. staring at your computer for a long time), tobacco smoke, alcohol, and certain foods. You can find more exhaustive lists of potential triggers online, but really you only need to know what triggered your headache, and you can often guess this pretty easily. If you get frequent headaches, consider keeping a headache diary to help you identify potential triggers so that you can avoid them.
Remove yourself from the trigger. If you think you know what triggered your headache or, alternately, what's aggravating it, avoid that thing. If it's stress, for example, remove yourself from the stressful situation and try to relax. If the sun's bright light is aggravating your headache, go inside or put on some sunglasses. You can't get away from some triggers, such as a food that you already ate, but you can avoid them in the future.
Relax. Even if your headache isn't necessarily caused by stress, relaxing can help speed up your recovery. Meditate, do some yoga, or try any number of relaxation techniques.
Take a nap. If you can manage to get to sleep, your headache will often be gone when you wake up, and you at least won't have to deal with the pain while you're sleeping. Even just lying down and resting your eyes may be helpful.
Drink some water. Dehydration is a common cause of headaches, and even if you don't feel thirsty, you may well benefit from a glass or two of water.
Drink a cup of coffee. High doses of caffeine can trigger headaches, but lower doses can help relieve them. If taken in conjunction with a painkiller, caffeine can also speed up the medicine's effect, and as a result some painkillers include caffeine. If you're a heavy caffeine or soda drinker, you may experience headaches as part of caffeine withdrawal. A jolt of caffeine will usually help, but in the long run, it's best to break your addiction.
Massage your temples, neck, and face. Scientists used to think that tension in the neck, shoulders, and facial muscles caused tension headaches, but this theory has more recently been called into question. That said, muscle tension and circulation issues may contribute to the headaches, and many people find relief through varying massage methods. Simply applying a little pressure to the most painful area or rubbing your head in that vicinity will sometimes provide temporary relief. Massaging--or having someone else massage--your jaw, neck, and shoulders may cause your headache to disappear, as may applying pressure to the back of your neck with three fingers on each side.
Try some simple reflexology. Reflexology is touted as a treatment for all sorts of ailments, and clinical studies seem to confirm its effectiveness for some, including headaches. Use the thumb and index finger of one hand to apply pressure to the fleshy area between the thumb and index finger of the other hand. Hold this for a minute or two. This doesn't seem to work for everyone, but for some people, this provides immediate relief. The relief may be temporary, or you may get rid of your headache entirely.
Use some ice or heat. Icing the affected area is known to help many migraine sufferers, and some people find it effective for tension headaches, though the pain in tension headaches is usually spread out more than it is in migraines. Applying an ice pack to the back of your neck may also help. Conversely, some people swear by a hot pad placed on one of these areas, and others find a hot shower works wonders.
Consult your doctor or chiropractor if you get frequent, long-lasting, or very severe headaches. Most tension headaches cause mild to moderate pain and go away on their own fairly quickly, even in the absence of treatment. These are known as episodic tension headaches. Chronic tension headaches, on the other hand, can last for days, weeks, or even longer. These often require special treatment and, sometimes, prescription medications. Other types of headaches, including migraine headaches and cluster headaches, can also be longer-lasting and can cause excruciating pain. Finally, it's important to note that frequent or severe headaches may be symptoms of another illness or disorder. If you experience frequent or severe headaches, or headaches that are accompanied by other symptoms, such as nausea, vision problems, or dizziness, talk to your doctor to get an accurate diagnosis and effective treatments.

Tips

If you just get an occasional tension headache, don't be afraid to take a painkiller (unless your doctor tells you otherwise), as these medicines usually provide fast, reliable relief. OTC painkillers are not inherently bad; they can just become bad if you take too much of them, either all at once or over time.
If your headaches are frequent, regular and severe, see a Neurologist. There are some prescription medications that work for specific types of headaches (migraines and clusters).
Each headache is, in some ways, unique, and a treatment that works for one may not work for the next. In addition something that triggers one headache may not trigger others.
If you are seeking natural relief without painkillers, medication, drugs, caffeine, or chemicals, consult your chiropractor. Frequently headaches can be caused by a sublimation's of the upper cervical vertebrae in your neck. This is especially true if your headaches are recurring or lasting longer than a day.
You can find a ton of headache remedies on the internet or by asking people you know. Many of these are helpful for at least some people, and if they're safe, there's no reason not to try them if other steps don't work. Use common sense when considering any "home remedy." If it seems like it could cause more harm than good, don't do it without consulting your doctor first. If a treatment makes your headache worse, or if you experience other symptoms, stop the treatment and contact your doctor.
Chronic tension headaches can often be treated with lifestyle changes such as stress management, regular exercise, and/or dietary changes. If these regimens don't work, your doctor may prescribe preventive medication to deal with these headaches.
If you get a bad headache, eat a little food and watch the telly. Do something to try and forget about it for awhile. It won't be as noticeable when you remember it again.
Smiling can work wonders if it's just a minor headache. Smiling takes less muscles than frowning, so even if the reflex is to frown due to pain, smile it off.
If painkillers can't help you then consider what you have been doing, identify possible triggers and avoid them.(do this only when you have mild headaches).
Sometimes it helps to relieve a headache if you get some sleep, in a quiet,dark room.
Take a wet cloth and rub it on your temples(the side of the forehead)

Today actually mood still not bad one cos weekend is comin~ But just now after lunch i got a msg from my sis n i reali got super duper damn pissed off!!! She msg me tellin me that my Step mum this mornin told her that the bamboo that hangs all my Bra n underwear had gone~ The whole thing~ Bra with bamboo~ Wat the hell???? Ytd i saw it hangin out there i got a bad feelin about it le~ Cos last time it used to hang up on the cellin outside but dont know y my dad go make a rack thing n now the bamboo is hangin low now at the walkway~ Means everyone just walk by can take our clothes n go off~ (-_-"')

Dont she have a brain? How can hang all my bras n underwear outside there? Those private stuff should be in the house~ I told her a few times le n i hang it in the house but in the end she still move it outside~ Reali damn angry with her~ N i had lost a few bras in the past before n i told her too but she just dont care about it~ Now the whole row of bras is gone~ Now then she tell me next time she will hang inside~ Wat the???? Need to come to this extreme when all my bras is gone then she will start usin her brain to think???

How to identify your skin type:When you wake up in the early morning, wipe your face with a clean tissue and observe.

Normal skin - There is little or no oil on the tissue and your face does not feel tight or flaky. Normal skin is supple, lively, vibrant and elastic.

Oily skin - There are transparent spots of oil on the tissue, coming mainly from the nose, forehead and cheeks.

Dry skin - After wiping, your skin feels tightly stretched, giving a feeling of parched dryness. There is no oil on the tissue.

Combination skin – There are little transparent spots of oil on the tissue, coming mainly from your forehead and nose but hardly from the cheeks.

Sensitive skin – There could be varying amounts of oil on the tissue but skin generally tends to be tight and blotchy and reacts to new skin-care products by becoming red, inflamed or even itchy.

Oily Skin

Oily skin is shiny and usually has large pores. After each wash, the skin feels refreshed, but by midday it looks shiny again. Since the skin is rich in oil, it could be prone to pimples, dark spots and even blackheads.

Tips:

Finally i got own laptop~ LOL It a second hand one~ Ah kor wan to get a Apple Laptop n sell me his Asus laptop at $500~ lol Actually it quite cheap as he still got 2 year warranty from Asus n 3 year warranty by Courts~ N the spec of his lappie also not bad so i decided to get it~ Like that i can upload my pic n other stuff more often as now i cant use my office com to do my own personal stuff le~ T.T

Looks like i am soooooo late again haha~ It 26th May now n i wanted to blog about 10th May stuff haha~ No time to blog ma hehe~ Anyway i had celebrated my belated BD at DBL O with my frens n Ah Kor, Ah Jie~ = ) It happy n fun night n i got 2 cakes haha~ But onli cake one as Vic said cut 2 cake at one time not good hehe ok listen to her~ (* ^ _ ^ *)

One more day!!!! N it goin to be 8th May 2008~ N guess wat? It my Birthday Day!!! hehehe~ Actually also nothin to happy about cos it also means i'm older by one year old le~ *sob* But still i'm great that i'm born in this world n on that day haha~ love my BD date~ 8585~ hehe can buy 4D sia hahaha~

On sunday went to my mummy house to eat dinner n celebrate my BD le~ My bro n sis all come n we ate steamboat~ = ) Didnt eat much actually not the food not nice is dont feel like eatin much lately~ hehe but good i can cut down my fat increase also hahaha~

So tmr goin to go KTV with Baobei, YT & KQ~ So long no sing K liao hehe~ Actually not long la~ Tat time celebrate Vic's bd also go KTV pub but that night didnt sing properly haha~ Keep chattin cos so long then the 3 of us VIc, Dan n me can come out together enjoy ourself~ = )

One month had passed...

It been one month and 2days since 1st April my first day of work~ Everythin is so new to me~ I was too busy learnin n remberin things n so tired after work everyday~ So nv get chance to get online to do my own stuff~ Like surfin net, bloggin, upload pic, play game..... Everythin is diff now.....

Now i work as import shipping coordinator~ Somethin that i nv thought i will become~ hehe~ It becos baobei la~ If her company nv have a empty post i guess i will not go for any shippin related job to interview~ But it is reali a good experience~ = )

Now i am tryin my best to fight this 3months out n hope everythin turn out fine~ = ) It been a messy, tirin, confuse, problem month~ Everythin just dont seems to be in the right place~ I still tryin to get everythin in place n hope things can turn out to be better~ haiz...

My Last Day~

Today is my last day workin in this company~ Actually should be ytd becos things havent totally handover to my colleague so i decided to come back for one more day to finish all~ Wan go also must finish things properly ma~ = )

Actually abit Bu She De~ But thinkin that work here for 3years + le goin 4 soon~ Everyday doin same thin over n over again~ Onli once in a awhile got somethin new for me to learn~ So sianz lor~ n feel that i onli 23 if stay here few more years~ then i gettin old liao~ one fine day if my company dont wan me le or reali need to change a new job~ I dont know anythin else~ I can onli find admin job~ But if no admin job suit me or wan me how? So i wan to try out a few more diff kind of job before i reali stay to one~ = )

Now restin a few days then will start workin at baobei company~ I'm lookin forward to it hehe~ Now can finally work with Baobei le hehe~ If i at home can go work with her then can eat lunch with her~ After work still can go out together hehe~ But hope nothin bad will happend~ Cos ppl say Good fren or couple shouldnt work together~ Becos of the job thing will cause quarrel n unhappiness~ haiz.. hope it not apply to everyone~ (* ^ _ ^ *) Think of a better side hehehe~

So now i work half day~ Waitin for my colleague to buy lunch for me then eat liao will go Dar dar house~ I wan to slp......~ Ytd 3+ 4am then slp cos company my younger sis talkin haha~ Now so tired~ ZzzzZzzzZzzz

That day thought can meet up with Dan dan n Vic but in the end Vic cannot make it~ haiz... feel sad but wat to do~ Dont wan to make her difficult also~ haiz.. So in the end it Dan with me again~ But this week my Ah jie manage to come down too~ N they all bring frens along~ lol Me onli got Dar but Dar's colleagues went also~ Then Dar went to company them more.... So i stick with Ah Jie n Dan lor~ But once awhile i will go over or he will come over to see me~ (* ^ _ ^ *)

Ah Jie that night got drunk~ LOL Cos we play 5 10 then she keep losin then drink too fast n she come with a empty stomach~ (-_-"') Please next time comin to drink rember to eat first ok? It bad for health~ haiz... Then my poor sis went home at around 2+am~ Lucky her Ah Kor is there to send her home~ = ) N she manage to get her Ladies Card~ LOL But she dont reali rember how she do it hahahaha~

After she left onli me n Dan dan with her frens~ Play awhile drink quite alot cos we mix drink haha~ but ok la nv get drunk but next day hangover cos got mix beer la~ (-_-"')

Hehehe~ Y i sound so happy? Hehe becos my dear Dar dar had bought me a Lavender Color PSP Slim~ LOL Nv thought we will get it so fast but the price is reali good~ For all place we check the price is $300+ with non original memory card~ For 4G original memory card will be around $400+~ So at Amk we ask the price at this Hp cum watch repair cum game shop~ N their price is $369 for 4G original Memory, with modify, installation of game till ur memory full, crystal case battery n everythin~ Just no pouch onli~ We bought it at $15 with strip~ Also original PSP pouch~ And we told him we gettin 2 got discount ma? Then he say ok lor charge us at $360 each~ Then total will be $720 then Dar say y not charge us $700~ Hehe n here we go with our Brand new PSP Slim Silver and Lavender color at the price of $700 hehehe~

Car Accident~ T.T

Hehe it took me so long to blog again~ LOL One same old word~ "LAZY" hehe~ It happened many things since my last blog entry~ Too much to write n too much for me to rember le~ LOL My short term memory is gettin worst~ lol

So first start with my car accident~ T.T That day lunch time me n my colleague when out for lunch and also buy some office stuff~ Then when we just get out the office not even one bus stop away our car kanna crash from the back by another car~ N infront of us is a Van who suddenly brake and we did brake in time and still left a little space inbetween us but the behind car dont know is reaction slow or he is speedin~ He didnt manage to brake in time so he crash on to us n push us to knock onto the Van butt~ (-_-"')

The behind come crash on us too suddenly le so i bang onto the pillow of the seats and cos me to feel head pain pain for the whole day~ (-_-"') But lucky nothin much serious~

A few days later when my colleague's car is repaired~ She went off from work and this time she have not even drive out to main road and kanna bang onto again!! Zzzzzzzz Reali damn unlucky~ She first time kanna car accident few days ago and just when she get back her car and get bang again~ (-_-"') Lucky this time i didnt take her car if not goin to get injure again cos she say this time the impact is bigger then before one~ Zzzzz

It 2008 le~ N this is counted as my first post so far hehe~ Cos busy cum lazy lor~ = P So how is everyone so far? Hope everyone is gettin a fresh start n have make plans for the whole year already~ hehe~

Havin a plan is a very important thing~ Once u got plan then u can slowly move towards it~ If not u just dream n dream~ Wait n wait~ Nothin will goin to happened in the end~ = )

So this is my Resolution for this year~ LOL

1. Exercise more to keep fit n slim my tummy~ = P
2. Work harder in my job~ Dont eat too much snake~ = P
3. Practice and work harder on my Salsa~ I wan to be better~ = )
4. Learn more diff type of dance~ = )
5. Start my online store~ = P
6. Start back my IMVU account n keep on my production~ = P
7. Keep my room clean all the time~ = P
8. Control my temper towards Vin Vin~ = )
9. Save more $ for future plans~ = )

Since i back from my gentin trip it been so long since i write on my blog le hehe~ I been busy with many things n also lazy hehe~ N my pic all still not upload yet so till now then blog lor~ but hehe till now those pic is STILL not up yet hehehe~ Havent resize la~ Wait i resize le will post in my multiply.com~ = )

So start from my christmas day~ Went to eat Steamboat with Vin Vin, Baobei n Toro san~ At first thought Choon n Ivan will be joinin us so i bought their present cos last year nv give them but in the end both of them nv come~ (-_-"')

The steamboat is locate at Bugis beside the You Ji Duck Rice stall~ It actually quite nice~ Got 8soup to choose from~ Then it a buffet so u can eat all u wan~ The meat u got to Q up for the ppl there to cut the slice out from the BIG meat~ It flesh nice~ = )

But baobei n my Ah kor who went there the next day told me that they still perfer the Thomas that one~ For me both is nice la haha~ Since it not my favorite food hehe~ If it my favorite i will be very picky~ hehe~

After that we went to pa DOTA~ haha~ Went to Parklane one~ Play around 3match i think~ haha so we spend our christmas countdown in the Dota game hehehe~ I more n more like to play dota le cos now i slowly gettin better but i hate playin in net with other ppl cos they all very stupid childish n rude~ Bleh~ Wait i train usin AI until very li hai liao go in n Rape them~ hehehe~

After that we went to Mr Bean at the opp street~ Find a indoor steats order drinks n start to open present hehe~ Dar dar give me a pair of Pink Angel Feather Wings hahaha~ It sooooooo cute haha~ Althought one year maybe i will manage to use one time onli but still it very nice~ Dar thanks~ = ) N my baobei give me 2 BIG box of chocolate hehe n a Mickey Mouse Cup from her hongkong trip hehe~ Thanks baobei i love it~ = ) As for me i give Toro san a box of chocolate too hehe it also meant to give boabei one~ LOL Dont know wat to give toro san ma hehe~ Then i give baobei a Doramon head shape floor mat hehe~ It is very cute n baobei like Doramon so bought that for her~ Also not sure wat else can i get for her le hehe~ Hope she likes it~ (* ^ _ ^ *)

As for New year we didnt go to countdown also~ New year eve i nv meet up with baobei~ This time i meet Ah Kor n Mikka~ Me n dar meet up Ah kor then go Geylang to eat Tian Ji Zhuo then Mikka come to join us after that~ Then though of goin a pub to drink or wat but we went to Central Mall then walk all the way to Clerk Quay then walk to Boat Quay~ Everywhere is full of ppl~ If it a disco pub the entry fee is about $40 to $45~ N got age for guy is 25 dar onli 24~ (-_-"') Then go KTV all place is full n it late le awhile they goin to close shop liao so sianz lor~ We walk for like 2hours+ to there n back walk till leg so tired~ In the end go home~ (-_-"') But ok la Countdown onli ma every year can do one time haha~

So thats how i spend my 2 countdown~ Overall ok la not bad cos i get to spend time with My Dar n also Baobei n my frens~ (* ^ _^ *)

Yawn~ I'm back from hoilday 1week + liao but was so lazy to update my blog hehe~ n lazy to do resize to the pic i took~ I was back on Tue but kanna dont know wat virus so took 2 day MC n one day leave~ So monday then come back to office work~ So tired~ N not in mood to do anythin~ Sianz~ I wish i can take leave all the way till next year hahaha~ But too bad i'm just dreamin haha~

I took alot of pic usin my digital cam n my hp~ digital cam one havent resize n save to my com~ So i cant upload it~ for my hp one i transfer to my com le but lazy to go choose the nice n clear pic to post hehe~ Will post a few in here n other will have to go to my multiply.com see~ = )

We went to sunwway lagoon on the first day then to KL CC walk walk at the evenin~ Me n dar dar self walk from our hotel to a few street away~ Hehe it a nice night seein many ppl on the street~ Normally if it in singapore at the time like that i dont think we can see that much of ppl still walkin around haha~

The next day we went up to gentin~ It was soooooo cold up there haha~ N it rainin~ T.T So we have to stay indoor n lucky we is next day then go theme park play so we was hopin tmr dont rain~ N ok la it doesnt rain but still it very cold n wet~ N many machine cant be on~ So in the end we onli played one game~ But still it nice hahaha~ We scream till very loud hahaha~

We played alot of game in the indoor theme park~ But one tired thing is we need to Q for a long time cos too many ppl le~ take the 4D motion as a example~ We Q for a long time n later we saw a notice board put 45min more~ We already sianz half but still waited~ Then about 30min later we saw another board wrote 25min more~ (-_-"') In the end we reali Q'ed for about 45 to 50min to watch that 4D motion which onli lasted about 10min? Ok la quite nice first time try it~ When u see water in the movie reali will have water spash on u haha~ Nice~ N the 3D is reali like it walkin out to u hehe scary~ But Q one time is enough~ (-_-"')

We did shop around but didnt get much thing cos ex ah n we dont have much RM with us~ So in the end all is window shoppin~ I onli get to buy a chain belt~ Then all other is eat n play haha~ The another day when we r goin back they drop us to a local product shop~ Bought some tibits for my mum n vin vin's family~ Then they also bring us to a chocolate shop~ There got sooooooo many diff kind of chocolate n can try taste one hehe~ We eat a few diff one n decided to buy the Tiramisu Dark Chocolate~ It nice~!! We bought 1kg for RM71~ then wan to buy a Coffee chocolate but not enough RM liao~ Sianz~ = ( They also have durain one nice!! But nv get it also~ Haiz wasted~

Anyway overall it a nice hoilday~ Cos it my first one with Dar~ = ) We both enjoyed although we still got some unhappy little fight we in the end everythin is fine~ = ) Hope there are more holiday in the future~ hehe~ Ok time to go back to work~

Christmas is comin~ Everyone work hard now n play hard later~ LOL

Yippy~!! At last i goin for a holiday hahaha~ Althought it just near near KL n Gentin but still it good hehe~ N somemore no need to pay~ = P It a company trip n i can bring Dar dar along hehehe~ Dar n i was so execited~ Been waitin for this day so long le~ Our first oversea trip hehe~ Nv go for a holiday with dar before~ Ytd we faster do our last min packing~ I so blurr dont know wat to bring even i got a packing list haha~ Cos dont know wat clothes to wear la~ Then i keep addin n addin haha Dar dar say i bring so much clothes for wat? Not that i goin for a month hahaha~ But i onli bring abit onli ma~ Today i ask my colleague wat she pack~ Scary sia~ She bring so much more then me~ (-_-"') Later goin back home to add on hehehehe~ Need to get one more jeans cos i onli bring one onli later get dirty then die liao lor haha~

First day we goin to Sunway lagoon then night time go KL walk walk then next day goin Gentin for 2 day then come back singapore~ So i will onli back on Tue afternoon or night~ Nothin important dont call me haha~ Hope the sun is sunny for this few days at KL hehe~ N hope this will be a fun n happy trip for us~ (* ^ _ ^ *) See ya guys i goin home le hehehehe~ (* ^ _ ^ *)

Now it 3:48am~ Y am i still awake? Just back from clubbin? Nope~ Finish movie? Nope~ Hehe i dont think anyone will find the reason expect my dar hahaha~ I'm now is in the Singapore Museum with my dar dar because today got the Comix Jam 24hour~ It a comic competition~ It been held for a few times already but this year it special~ They use bloggin way~ Haha~ U can stay at home to join the competition~ U just have to join their forum sign up and they will give u a blog site to post ur story n comic work on it~ This event last for 24hours~ N the judges will have to stay awake for 24hours to see if they need help or not~ So tirin~ Poor thing~

Now i still here with dar dar since about 11pm~ Now everyone are so slpy~ We about to go home soon~ Cant stand this~ haha~ Usual this time we still at Dbl O haha n not tired at all but now i feel so slpy n my brain is not workin well liao so many spellin mistake haha~ (Got double check again) I wish i can see the whole process but i dont think so bad~ Now i just too bored so come n blog blog abit haha~

It been about 1year that i havent seen Ah Zun in a long time haha~ He had grown some meat on him~ LOL Now he dont look like a skinny monkey le hahaha~ But still a weirdo as usual haha~

Ytd i meetin up my evil weirdo twin at amk S11 with dar n Ah Zun's fren~ 4 ppl eatin n chattin~ Missed the good old days haha~ We keep diggin each other "silly history" out haha~ We laugh alot that night~ After eatin we went up Jubilee to pa game~ Long time nv go pa game with him le haha~ Ytd he play the drum game haha~ He call it the Dum game cos he eat that R away hahaha~ I stand one side watch him play~ I watch until my eyes also blurr~ (-_-"') It damn fast lor~ N he missed so little~ He is damn good sia~ If i play i guess my arm will be broke half way of the song hahaha~ Then dar dar playin his Intial D 4~ After that i race with him but i lose haiz.. so long no play so lousy liao~ haha~

After that we play photohut~ Hehe always play that with dar~ Our old record still there haha~ But onli 2nd~ We wan to get 1st this time so we play n play n play but it like gettin harder n harder~ WE even ask Ah Zun to help us but still cant win~ Later part ah Zun n his fren go off le me n dar still tryin~ When the last try we finally got 1st!!! LOL hehehe~ Me n dar soooooo happy~ N u guess how much we win the previous 1st? 444 points~ (-_-"') Wat a number hahaha~ I guess we got play more then 10times~ hahahaha~ Next time we goin to break our own 1st record again~ LOL

I had enjoyed my weekend~ Do u? Sat went to sing with Dixon, Andy, his fren, Dar n me hehe~ We from 3+ sing till 7pm then go for our Ballroom Waltz class~ We had enjoy the singin~ N glad Dar can mix with them~ = ) He sing very nice that day~ = )

It was finally our first Waltz class~ LOL Mikka n Ah Kor got join in too~ hehe~ Hope they enjoy the class too~ For me of cos hehe~ That steps is easy but we get blurr easily too lol~ Cos the facin here n there haha~ But we just need abit more practice thats all~ = )

After that we went to S11 eat Tian Ji Zhou hehe we been eatin that quite often now~ = P After dinner we went to Dbl O hehe as usual~ = P At last i got my Ladies Card hehehe~ That night Dan dan is there too with her 2 gfs~ So that night i stick with them more~ = ) But they dont like retro so awhile we went down to O bar~

After that night i guess i will nv wan to go O bar anymore~ The guys there sucks~ Y i say so? They like to dance so close to u n start to touch u here n there~ OMG~ I cant believe that~ When we shout at them they just act blurr n go away~ *faint* If it at Dbl O the guys will come over n say a nice frenly "Hi! Can i know u? Can i buy u a drink? Or Do u wan to dance together?" Onli very very few of them will behave like the guys at O bar~ Come n anyhow touch u without sayin anythin~ Kaoz~ Not gentlemen at all~ Hate that~ *Angry*

That night we leave at around 3+ cos dar already drunk le~ haiz.. awhile nv look after him when i come back he already half drunk while playin 5 10 with Jason n Michelle~ N while more later when i come back he layin down there le~ (-_-"') Bully my Vin vin~ So bad~ But lucky dar dar when reach home after a shower he feel much better le~ Dont like to see dar dar's drunk look~ Still say will look after me now everytime is he drunk more then i do lor~ (-_-"') Next time dont let him drink anymore le~ hehehehe~

Sunday been slpin for the whole day~ Guess wat time i wake up? 7+pm~ LOL I got wake up a few time la but wake up drink water go toilet then go slp again~ hehehehe~ Then dar wake me up a few time also but i keep sayin let me slp more 30min~ give me more 15min haha~ In the end dar dar just let me slp as long as i wan hehe~ So 7+ i see late le so i wake up wash up eat dinner lor~ Been dreamin too much lately nv get enough slp so sunday i try to slp as much as i can~ Now at least i feel more energy then last week~ But still i got problem slpin everynight~ Keep dreamin n everyday mornin i will wake up one time at either 6+am or 7+am even before my alarm rings~ Haiz.. so tired~ Can anyone tell me how to cure this? .......................

I guess it about 1month + le ba~ Been havin many problems with Vin vin... Feel so confuse n messed up... Ytd we had another fight when we r goin out for dinner with WLNY kakis... We been quarrelin and aguin for about 1hour+ in the end we didnt go for the dinner...

At first i thought the fightin will caused us to walk on our own way but in the end we patch up... = ) once again i take his words... i know i had enough of his lies n things that i dilike him about but i reali hope he could change n we can be like before... From his eyes i can see that he reali love me alot n reali wanted to change into a better person n take good care of me... i cant just reject that pair of eyes... i cant bring myself to hurt him again... so once again we r together n i reali hope this time everythin will turn out well...

Today is my happi day~ Y? Becos me n one of my best fren got some misunderstand for the past 2 months~ N i didnt realise it till now~ So bad of me... Onli until ytd when i read through her blog then i realise my mistake... i got so sad over it... nv know i hurt her with my words~ I feel so sorry about it~ N once i finish readin it i faster go msn her but she off work le~

So i left some msg on her offline msn n hope the next day she will see it~ So today when i reach office i on my msn n as i expect i saw her reply~ I so happy hehehe~ N finally we solve our misunderstand n i apolgise to her already n now everythin is fine now~ hehe~

Ytd my day was so blue blue bluezzz~ (-_-"') Early in the mornin kanna scoldin from boss liao~ For my mistake in doin the summary~ Then later kanna scold again cos there is some mistake again~ Then afternoon i kanna scold again cos i self spot my own mistake in the summary~ (-_-"') Wat the... Wats wrong with my eye n brain? Y i always forgot or miss out somethin? haiz... But one day kanna scold so many time becos of one same problem is reali makin me damn sad n not happy~ Sianz... I hate monday!!!

Vin vin know about it then after work he come all the way to paya lebar to wait for me~ N again he bought me flowers~ Told him dont waste $ le but he say becos i'm sad so he wan to cheer me up~ = ) N this time he manage to get purple rose but thats not the Purple i referin to but still at least he have the heart to find that~ Thanks~ (* ^ _ ^ *) I love it~

It been 2 week since my last blog~ This 2 week happened alot of things~ It way too long for me to type it all out~ Feel so confuse n lost~ There are happy stuff n also sad stuff~ Too much stuff stuckin inside my brain makin me headache~ I not sure wat i wan anymore~

Wake up at 7+am to meet my dear sis at Little India~ (-_-"') Need to bring her to this Salon call "Papilion Hair Beauty Salon" at Veerasamy Road to do her rebond~ N know Little India have such a BIG Chinese Salon~ There are 2 Salon in total~ One at left another is a few until away from it~ One is for hair cut and rebond~ Another is doin Hair colorin~ When we reach there at 10am it already full of customer doin their hair~ OMG~ Thats reali early n yet so many ppl~

Got one customer is late for her appointment and she was asked to wait for another hour for her turn~ Wat to do~ It her fault to be late so she waited~ We saw so many ppl there so dont wan to sit there n occupy their seats so we went off after i made sure my sis had let the ppl know wat she wants~

We went to Sim Lim to shop for my Voice Recorder~ I wan to get one becos i am so forgetful~ I wan to get a voice recorder so that i can record down the stuff i need to rember then i can just click to hear it again~ But after goin round n check the price~ Vin vin then tell me our Hp also can record wat y need to waste $ buy one? Ya hor~ Nv think of that hahaha~ So in the end i nv buy~ Save $ la use that 50bucks on somethin else better haha~

After that we went to Jizsaw Salon to cut Vin vin's hair~ Thats the one that i went to do my rebond one month ago~ At first i wan to go back there to cut hair one but the hairstylist not there le then i scare to give other ppl cut cos i seldom cut short hair so afriad they cut wrong then siao liao~ So i just stay put with my hair short hair haha~ But that day i saw this guy cut for Vin vin not bad so i take up my courage and ask him do he cut ladies hair too? He said ya he do~ So i make up my mind n sit down for him to cut~ Scary!!!!

I saw him cut off my hair bit by bit~ My hair is gettin shorter n shorter~ My heart is beatin fast haha~ N vin vin is there laughin at me~ (-_-"') So bad~ N finish my hair is done~ LOL N I LOVE IT~ LOL I nv cut my hair till that short before i think haha~ This is the first time in my life that i had my hair so short~ But it looks nice hehe~ Now i look younger n reflesh haha~ At least this is wat i heard so far haha~ Onli if they bluff me la lol~

After the hair cut i went back to Little India to fetch my sis~ Then we go AMK Shoppin n eat dinner~ My sis intro me the Subway's cookies~ Yummy~ Taste quite nice~ But still i think famous amous's Soft chewy cookies is the best haha~ This one is abit like copy them one haha but still not bad la~

Then the time is still early n we finally come to this shop call It's Soul Good~ LOL Wat a name hahaha~ It a Leg & Body Massage shop~ We went in to have a Foot massage~ First 15min they will let ur foot rest in the hot warm water with either Herbal, Rose, Milk, Pepper Mint, or Green Tea i think~ All got diff usage~ Lazy to go into detail haha~ Then later 30min they will do the massagin~ OMG that is GOOD & PAIN!!! LOL Onli the part that ur body is weak of will pain la~ Then i got many places is weak one so pain until i siao lor~ LOL The Aunty say my breathin system not that good, Neck weak, Dont like to go toilet when it High Tight~ (-_-"') N many more la~ Ask me to take care~ After that we get a package of get 5+1~ Now it $25 for one time but after this week it will be $35 or $38 for once~ Cos they are newly open so thats the promotion price after that will jump back~ But if i got this package once next time when i wan to renew i will get back the price of $25~ Thats sound good haha~ So we took that package n now left with 4 becos we include the 2 we just did in this so we dont have to pay 2 time~ So next week i goin to bring my sis to try too cos she say she saw us doin her foot feel tired n need massage too~ LOL

After that went to Salsa class~ Today is our Adv 3 first class~ Onli 3ladies and 3guys included my teacher that day~ Dont know the another couple go where liao another one went oversea n that Kyle dont know y nv come~ At first i thought we will have our First Waltz Class but Derrick say not enough ppl so cannot start first~ Haiz.. Got to wait again~ Derrick also tell us we goin to perform on 18 Nov~ OMG~ I dont think i can do that~ I scare of performin~ I will surely forget steps n all~ But Derrick still wan us to do it~ See how first la learn the step then see by the time i can make it or not haha~

After salsa we went to eat abit of food then go to DBL O again~ LOL Had so much fun that night~ Jason group is reali crazy~ They all do funny n crazy stuff but they are reali frenly n nice so i like to play with them~ N now i had 2 new gf~ LOL One is Stephanie Adrain's gf~ Another is Joanne Jason's gf~ Both of them is nice n frenly to me~ = )

That night i also saw many disgustin stuff~ Like ppl throwin out~ N Sxxx~ *faint* Next time dont get drunk when u feel stomach ache ok? If i am that ger i guess i not goin to DBL O anymore~ N nv ever goin to see those guy fren anymore~ The face is TOTALLY throw off lor~ That is more shameful then vomitin around or drunk dead lay at the floor~ I dont wish to say out wat happened in here but it reali is one of the most unforgetable thing in my life~ (-_-"')

Anyway it a nice saturday althought very tirin haha~ N i got my new hairstyle hahaha~ Lalalala~ LOL

Last Sat was our Salsa Adv 2 Class last lesson~ Next week goin to start our Adv 3~ Lookin forward to it cos this module we goin to learn more Stun~ haha~ N also we goin to start our ballroom class finally~ LOL We goin to start with Waltz first n later on learnin more diff dance~ So excited~ hehehe~

That day after class i was thinkin goin back to rest le since dar got say this week is quite tired~ But in the end he say he wan to go DBL O oh~ N the 2 stupid us at the S11 thinkin for 30min wan to go or not~ In the end we still throw coin to decide~ (-_-"') The outcome is not goin so we head to the taxi stand~ Then his good buddy msg him ask him go~ Say dont listen to coin~ Listen to him instead~ (-_-"') So in the end we still go DBL O~

I was worry about goin there cos i have a bad feelin that the ger that i dislike were be there but lucky she's not there hehehe~ I play 5 10 with Joanna, Step, Winson n Jason~ I was kanna bully~ (-_-"') Drink quite alot~ But thats a good thing too hehe~ Cos my kick come faster that night n i get to dance lol~ But i forgot how i dance le haha~ When i get high also mean my mind drop dead le~ But my body still can move by itself~ I will do things that i will not do normally~ Guess it becos normal time i am too shy to dance~ But when i'm drunk i will not think about those eyes round me n i can dance watever i feel like~

Even dar dar told me the next day that i dance very well that night~ I was huh? Is it? But i dont rember it at all~ (-_-"') So next time i got to get drunk again before i can dance well again? (-_-"') How can i overcome this problem? haiz....

Mooncake Festival~

Ytd is Mooncake Festival~ Again i had meet up with Baobei n Toro n Vin vin went down to our side after work~ First we went back n change then went to Shop & Save to eat our dinner~

Was very hungry ytd n i so stupid nv ask the uncle to add Mee for me~ Love the Curry Noddle there~ The curry very sweet n nice hehe~ About 9+pm we went to meet up with Baobei n Toro~ This time we nv go to the See Saw~ They suggest go my Void Deck~ There is a big field infront of my block~ So we went to play near the field~

Just play with the candles~ N took pics hahaha~ Take pic with many diff pose hehehe~ But many dint come out nice cos it too dark n my settin of camera not nice too~ = ( Will post the pic tmr~ Cos havent transfer to my com~ Will upload few in here n remainin in my www.dreamingeve.multiply.com (* ^ _ ^ *)

We play till about 10+ then go home already~ Nothin much to do also~ Cos we r grown up le hahaha~ So we went back then eat mooncake with Vin Vin n watch TV till 11+ Then Vin Vin take cab home~

Haha ytd My dear Ex boss aka Colleague now ask me to help him do his Autocad drawin~ (-_-"') He say put the point until eyes pain liao~ Then call me~ " Janet Lai lai come sit here~ Now this seat is urs liao~ Sit down slowly help me add in the point~" (-_-"') That lazy bum~

Then dar come in n said "Ppl say Bigger Table Bigger Responsibility~" Then i tell him ya n more work right? Thats y i dont wan sit here~ (-_-"') Help him finish one then ask me do another one then run off liao~ Left me alone do his work for him~ But i dont care hehe~ I do until 6+ then stop liao~ Then i join dar dar play Dota~ hehehe~ See Dota i will not eyes pain~ See that small tiny floor plan with points my eyes will pop out~ LOL

DBL O Night~

Sat went to DBL O after our Salsa class~ It last min decide as Janson ask if we goin then since we not that tired so we went~ But that day all my frens are not there~ (-_-"') Sianz~ Onli saw Mitchell n his gf~ Hehe finally he teach me how to fold the nice rose usin tissue paper~ Because i teach him to fold my Lian Hua~ hehehe~

I teach to learn their Retro dance steps but it reali hard as i dont know the lyris~ But at least i can do a few easy one now hehe~ I got to try harder to learn it cos when i see the gers fren around Vin vin's group knows how to dance the retro steps i feel so left out~ When Vin vin is enjoy dancin with them i feel so extra~ N i hate that feelin~ (-_-"')

That day somethin else make me unhappy too~ Is that ger who i dont know~ She give ppl a feelin that she is those ger that will come n li siao ur bf one~ Got that slut n bitchy look~ She does look pretty but her behaver reali makes me dislike her~ N not onli me~ Most of the gers there who has a bf in the group dislike her~ Y? Cos she just go up to ur bf n put her hand on his shoulder or arms n start chattin happily~ Even her bf is just at next table~ Wat the... I sure her bf dont feel good too~ N the way she dance also gives off the feelin like she is seducin the guys around her~ (-_-"') Not that i over sensitive but she reali give ppl that kind of feelin lor~ Ppl may think becos she pretty ma so i jealous of her~ Yucks who will jealous this kind of ppl? There are so many pretty gers out there too~ They r so frenly n nice not like her like that~

Orange Pub~

Ytd went down to this pub call Orange~ Wonder y they call that name~ haha~ Instead dont look orange to me haha~ The place is quite big n got 2 side~ One is KTV side n another is Pool~ U can also sing at there cos there got a TV~ They show TV show when it late no more show to watch they will change to the MTV for u to sing there~ There are also 2 room for u if u wan some private place~ = )

The charges for one bucket is $28 for 5~ N buy 3 bucket and get 1 bucket free~ Heard that this pub is open for quite a few years already~ Not much pub can open till so long as the place is located at those neighbourhood spot~ If u guys wan to know the place it near Serangoon Stadium then u walk to the small shoppin center buildin~ Got the Shop n save one~ It at the ground floor~ But ytd i dont see the pub outside got put ORANGE PUB signboard~ So u guys got to open eyes big to find it haha~

Ytd manage to sing a few song~ Drink one n a half bottle onli~ I cant take too much beer~ At first wan to go off at 11+ but in the end wait for our song till 1+ then go off~ Sorry dar i didnt keep my promise to reach home by 11+~ N sorry for wat i had said last night~ I will try not to do it again~ = P

Our 1 year Anniversary 18th Sept 07~

Time reali pass so fast~ Just a blink of eyes it already 1year already~ We go through quite alot from the first day we met till now~ We didnt get to know each other deep before we get together n it cause alot of quarrel after tat~

But from so many quarrel n fight we get to know each other better and we also try to change our bad points~ But still we we have lots of things to improve~ I not sure when can we finally change those but we have to keep tryin if we wan to keep this relationship on goin~

Ytd it a simple celebration~ Or should i say there is no celebration~ It just spendin one whole day together~ Enjoy each other's company~ Althought in the night we have a little fight again~ But i glad everythin is fine now~

I just hope that next time if there is the same thing happened again please let me know~ Dont hide it from me~ Dont betray me trust for u~ Hope everythin will be better in the future.. lesser quarrelin n fight~ More laughter n joy~

Mooncake Festival At CC

Ytd went to Cheng Sheng CC which located at AMK Central~ We were celebratin the Mooncake festival~ Each one was given a bottle of water n a goodie bag~ There is lantern, candles and firecrackes~ But we didnt take out and play~ I just play around with my Digital Cam~ = )

We also get to dance salsa for about 20min~ Not much ppl dance so the dance floor is quite big to dance around~ The aircon is quite coolin but dont know y we sweat more then we do we normally havin class in the classroom~ Maybe we nervous ba thats y we sweat so much haha~ So many eyes is watchin us~ = P N i almost forgot all the steps~ hehehe~ But still ok la~ Anyway it just for fun haha~

After that got lucky draw but we didnt get to win~ N still there is 5 more big prize but it too late~ It already 10pm who will wan to wait till so late since tmr many of us still need to work~ So we passed our ticker to those that is stayin back~ Wish them good luck haha~ (* ^ _ ^ *)

My First Run~

Hehe ytd went for my First Run for my Better Life~ LOL Toro, Baobei n me went down to run from her house till the primary sch then we take short cut from basketball court back to her house but Toro take a the longer way from my house go down to the Sheng Siong then go back her house haha~

At first i thought it so easy~ Wat a short routine but then when we run to the primary sch i already start feelin tired n my gastic start to pain~ Reali too long nv exercise le~ Just little run make me so tired~ (-_-"') Got to slowly get used to it n get back my stamina~ Hehehe~

I had CUT my hair~ Abit sad cos i always love to be long hair but then that time go that stupid salon n do rebond in the end my hair all spoilt~ So sad~ Will nv ever go back to that salon again~ *Sob*

Now i cut short until nearly touch shoulder~ 2 weeks later i will go back n trim again~ I think i will cut behind even shorter~ If not it keep touchin my shoulder n coller like that very fast will be bended then not striaght liao lor haha~ N like that also nicer ba if not just short no pattern hehehe~

The salon is open by vin vin's fren~ Actually i quite like that salon~ The hair stylist is not that kind that keep askin u to do this n that buy this n that~ Normally u do they will keep askin to do treatment la~ But this lotion la n all~ But she didnt~ N ask me 2 weeks later go back to her let her check my hair if need to cut she will cut it for me again~ N of cos it free~ And she also teach me some way to treat my hair properly hehe~ N also my skin~ Haha~ Will intro my frens n will bring my sis go there to do her hair too~ N the price is not that ex also~ (* ^ _ ^ *) Oh the place is at Bugis street 3rd level~ = P

Dar dar bought my Gucci Envy Me perfume 2weeks ago~ I was so happy~ Nv thought that he will go n get it for me~ He say cos he saw it in my wishlist n he wanted to empty my list for me~ I was so happy n touched~ Took some pic by my hp but havent upload into my com yet cos everytime i upload pic from my hp to com it will hang n then stop transferin~ Sianz~ But now wat makes me heartbreak is the perfume... I broke it ytd... T.T *sob* When i was tryin to take it out from the box it slip through my hand from the box n PIANG~ The butt broke~ All the nice perfume flow out from it~ My heart crack at the same time~ *CRY* I was cryin n wipin the perfume from the floor at the same time~ So sad~ Now dar dar's room smell super nice~ Even the rubbish bin~ Cos all the tissue with perfume is in that rubbish bin~ $140 is gone to waste~ So sad~ T.T Feel so sorry to dar cos he waste $ buy that for me then i just use a few time n now i broke it~ But dar nv scold me or blame me but was carin about me if i got cut my hand or not~ *sob* But still sorry dar dar~ I so stupid~ I should have been more careful~ Haiz... Saturday went sentosa with WLNY frens~ Some from Serangoon, Hougang n even Tampines haha~ Becos our side is more active~ So many other area ppl will come to join us too~ (* ^ _ ^ *)

When i was on the bus to habourfront~ A L plate car come out from the corner n our bus almost knock onto it~ Lucky the driver's drivin skill is good enough~ We missed the L plate but our right side abit knock onto another car~ (-_-"') Wat the... Then the drive stop infront of our bus n start quarrel with our driver~ N this drag about 20 to 30mins~ Then later the bus start to head for habourfront~

Then finally reach but all of them still at hougang~ So me alone walk here n there wait lor~ Then i went to buy 8 bottles of water~ OMG Thats heavy haha~ Lucky i not that weak~ LOL After sometime they reach le then we head for lunch before go in~

Reach there lucky no more rain but no sun also~ Thats y i didnt put on sunblock~ But who knows now i kana sunburn~ (-_-"') I should have apply some~ haiz... Now my shoulder so pain sia~ We reach there at around 1+~ I start takin a video hehe~ Then took some pic~ Then awhile we went into the water n start playin~ LOL Start of with just playin water~ Then later we play monkey usin the volley ball~ So angry~ I keep losin~ (-_-"') Then in the end 4th time i got to get punish~ *sob* They buried me in the sand~ T.T So painful~ *Cry* Then later Jesscia also kanna~ But they say the hole is big enough for 2 ppl~ So they push me into the hole too~ (-_-"')

We play until 4+ n all went to wash up~ = )Becos i need to leave early for my Salsa class then i dont know how to go out also n also need the Pass to go out~ Jessica is so sweet~ She say y not all go wash up n company me go out of sentosa then they can go Vivo eat dinner n chit chat~ = ) Hehe so all of us went to wash up and go out together~ = )

When we reach Vivo they all went to eat dinner then AK send me to Amk to meet dar dar~ (* ^ _ ^ *) But i think he dont reali know the way so we took 1hr to each AMK~ Make dar dar wait for me n make him angry~ Sorry dar... But lucky awhile later we both ok le~ No more quarrel~ = ) Then happliy go for our salsa class~ The class is fun that day~ = ) Learn new move~ N i got to took a video of our routine with my digital cam~ = ) Then after that ate our dinner at S11 then go home rest le~ Both of us so tired that day~ (* ^ _ ^ *)

I'm so late to post about this but still i got to post this up hehehe~ Cos it my First Time!!! My first time to join a Salsa competition~ N my First time to get First Position!!! hehehe~ Me n Vin vin that day was so worry~ Cos we had dance some wrong steps n also the time is not enough to show our full routine but still we won the 1st haha~ I was so shock when they call out our name~ I thought the most we got is 3rd place but nv know.. hehehehe~

Dar dar so happy too~ Thats his first time too~ I sure this will keep us goin n learn more practices more n join more competition in the future~ But this also make us abit stress too~ Cos like teacher said to us~ Just go join for experiene no need must win one~ But when u win le u may next time u will not wan to get lower then wat u had get before~ (-_-"') We onli first time leh~ Like that tell us make us even more stress~ But nvm it a good thing~ Hehehe~ I love the stress~ LOL

Last week went to watch Ratatoille~ Sooooo cute haha~ Rat can cook!!! N it super nice~ haha~ How i wish i got such a nice Rat who can cook for me hahaha~

This movie is about the Rat who is diff from the other Rats~ He love to make his own food instead of eatin rubbish~ It all becos he watch that Cookin TV show~ N he fall in love with cookin~ = ) N he believe wat the guy said~ "Anyone Can Cook" (* ^ _ ^ *) So he try all his best to become a good Cook~ = )

The 3D is good~ Look so real haha~ N the colorin is nice~ N the story line also not bad~ (* ^ _ ^ *) It worth to watch at Cinema~

I wan to watch Dead Silence next hehe~ But look quite scary~ Abit scare to watch at this month hahaha~ N dar dar dont like to watch scary movie too but he promise to watch it with me~ Becos he said "You like ma~ Of cos must watch with u la~ = )" Hehehe~ *hugs*

Ytd was my mum's birthday~ 15th Aug haha~ Love this date n soooo easy to rember~ LOL Went to a nearby rest. to eat~ That day 12th Aug we went there eat too~ Becos it my Dad's birthday~ LOL Both of them are on the same month~ = ) But this also means pocket kanna poke one lobang~ (-_-"') But nvm parent ma wat to do haha~ Lucky i got Sister n brother to help share share ah hahaha~ If not sure broke~ LOL Ok back to the dinner~

On Sunday the service is TOTALLY diff with ytd~ On Sun it reali so pack~ It make me wonder is today father's day? How come so many ppl!!!! The waiter got no time to serve us~ N our drink also serve half onli then dont know run to where liao~ (-_-"')

But ytd they even got the time to come n help us refill the tea~ (-_-"') N the food taste so much better too hahaha~ So this means next time dont go on a Weekend~ LOL hahahaha~

Today come work havent even sit down for more then 10min i kanna scoldin from boss le... Y? Becos i nv tell the Taiwan suppiler to ship the goods to Phils as the consignee name IBMS Phils Corp. Ltd. I onli put the person name onli~ In the end the goods stuck there and boss need to pay USD1,500 to clear the goods... It all my fault.. my careless... Y will i make such a mistake... Boss onli through phone call scold me abit then later he back to office got so much things to do so nv call me in to scold me again.. n now he run out for meetin le... i feel so bad... He scold me i will feel better but i scare i will cry infront of him... I'm a cry baby ma... So it better for him to scold me or not? I dont know... But i keep feelin so bad for makin that stupid mistake... haiz... feel so useless....

Anyway thanks dar for tryin to cheer me up~ = ) I will try not to feelin so down... I try....

Went to Jacky's Concert on Friday~ IT OMG!!! Jacky is DAMN Cute!! hahahaha~ So funny n sexy~ LOL I almost missed the chance to watch it becos i didnt know i need to collect the ticket one day before the showin day but lucky Jacky concert it ok to pick up on the day if not i would had waste my $ already~ = (

The concert start at about 830pm till 12+am~ hehehehe~ It my first time to his concert n i'm reali great i did haha~ It reali nice~ = ) Even vin vin think so too~ haha~ His singin is reali powerful!! N he can dances!!! hahaha~ He went to learn all those sexy dance move~ OMG~ Nv expect he can do all this~ Now i like him even more then before le hahaha~ JACKY U THE BEST!!! hahaha~

I have a new staff in my office~ = ) A women about 30+ She is quite frenly n is very hardworkin too~ She cant sit still without anythin on her table~ She go to my file cupboard n take out all my files n arrange it~ Do some filein~ N keep askin me got wat to give her do~ I reali cant think of anythin~ She almost done all le haha~ We already pack clean the office also liao nothin much to do already~ N some need to use computer n we havent got her a com yet so those got to wait~

She will be workin here for 2months full time~ After that she will decided wanted to do full or partime~ Like this i can take leave or off easlier~ = ) Thats sound good but becos seein her so hardworkin~ I feel like soon or later this company dont need me anymore~ hahaha~ She learn things very fast~ N all the things i do is easy job~ She can learn that in no time~ N some is heavy work like packin goods n all~ N guess wat? That day i waited him back and let him explain~ But to be honest i cant listen any single words of him~ Becos all he said is that is just a compliment~ But to me, HOW CAN U SAY SUCH A THING TO ANOTHER WOMEN??? Thursday had a big fight with Vin vin n almost got break up but in the end i give him another chance to let him proof to me that he will change~ So we got back together n i'm glad i did the right choice~ = ) We now r livin happily everyday just like the time we just got together haha~ I hope this stays till the end n not just a 3min heat action haha~ Muack~

Friday went to Dbl O cos it Alan's birthday~ My Dbl O Kakis haha~ Not reali fun that night but still ok la~ Haha n happy that Vin vin can see Vincent normally not that easy get angry le~ Thanks Dar for controllin ur temper n all~ = ) *hugs* Didnt dance much cos nv drink~ Abit lost at the dance floor haha feel so weird~ LOL Too long nv club liao~ LOL

At first sat wan to go Dbl O one but since Fri go liao so dont waste $ go again le~ N tired sia~ Old liao hahaha~ Sat so happy cos no need work~ Boss give off haha~ Yippy~ lol We rot at home till late then go for our salsa class~ (* ^ _ ^ *)

Go-Kart Part 2~

Back from Go-Kart outin n also weekend is over again~ haiz.. The Go-Kart was at a place somewhere quite near to the custom area~ About 1hour travel time~ U can play for 10min each time~ N the price is 30RM~ It quite ok la the price~ But if u wan faster car u got to pay more~ There r 50RM n also 80RM choice~ If u have ur own car u can bring it there n the renter for the place for whole day will be 70RM~ U can use their helmet or bring ur own~ Of cos i will bring my own~ I dont wan to go back home n kanna watever creature on my head~ Eeeeeeee

I GOT INJURED!!!! The first game at about the 5th round my car hit onto those tyres at the side actin as wall~ I was at a high speed down n when near the corner i was slowin down~ But my car doesnt slow down much~ Guess my foot nv left that oil pedal totally so my speed didnt drop much~ In the end hit onto the tyres n i fly out of the car~ N my helmet fly out from my head~ (-_-"') I shocked everyone~ Ah kor still laugh at me sayin that guess i am the first who get fly out of the car one~ (-_-"') U think i wan meh? Now my body all injury~ Arm, leg, back, waist n my chin~ (-_-"') Painful sia~ Now all those blueblack so pain~ But lucky i nv knock onto my head if not dont know wat will happend~ haiz.. My helmet also kanna~ My pink butterfly got scald liao~ T.T But also at least my helmet got some use liao haha~ It not like a flower vase anymore~ *Poor Evilestine~ Muack*
